  • Can I adjust the schedule for cleaning?

    Yes, we aim to be flexible in our approach and appreciate the changing needs and requirements of each business. We do however advise that you provide us at least 3 days notice where possible to allow us to rearrange the agreed cleaning service.

  • What kind of products you use?

    We aim to use products that are eco-friendly, bio-degradable and recommended by DEFRA/EPA. In light of the recent Covid-19 pandemic, we now have a more stricter cleaning regime implemented to ensure a high level of disinfecting.

  • What is the method of payment?

    We offer several payment options including cash, contactless and bank transfer. Depending on the service provided and needs of clients we also issue 30 day payment term invoices as well as options for direct debit mandates to manage and simplify payments.

  • I need detailed pricing plans

    If you need more information in regards to pricing and the services involved, just request a free quote and a member of our team will contact you.

  • What if something is broken during clean?

    We are confident this will not happen however in the unlikely event of such an occurrence a public liability insurance cover will be in effect to protect your business.
